Agassiz Village is proud to announce that AynNichelle Slappy has joined us as our new Youth Program Manager!
AynNichelle brings a wealth of passion for youth development to Agassiz Village, with 8 years of training alongside community leaders and educators with specialized skills in youth ministry and trauma-informed pastoral care. Her summer camp experience includes working in administration, operations, programs.
Her professional background includes roles such as Youth Minister at Iglesia Latina Presbyteriana, College Access Advisor with the Ron Brown Scholars Program, and Public Services Assistant at Albion District Library.
In her previous roles, AynNichelle has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing community partnerships, organizing youth programs, and providing crisis intervention and trauma-informed care. She has a strong commitment to empowering young people through transformative experiences and creating safe, inclusive spaces for their growth and development
